Every time we come in we are greeted like long lost friends. They always try to get us "our" table. Whether we have 8 people or just 2 they are ready and always quick to get our orders. In 2 years I've never had a dish I didn't like. Huge portions and always friendly. We are huge fans

This restaurant has very good food. It is also very accommodating. We had a funeral to plan and wanted to have people come back after the funeral. We told them the day before that there "could be 12-20 people for lunch". They said no problem. When we showed up they were ready and willing to help us. The food was very good and the service matched it. Since we were there for lunch, we were very good about the size of our Margarita, but if you want a HUGE margarita, this is the place!

After riding for over 8 hours from Montana, this place was our choice for a late lunch. Ordered the chimichanga and enchilada combo, both with shredded beef. Food was good service was excellent. Glad we ate here.

Always eat here when we are vacationing at Banks Lake! Service is always exceptional and food is very very good! Driving thru today, we split the beef fajita platter for lunch. The flavor was amazing! It was more than enough for two adults. Restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms. Highly recommend!

This was our number one choice to try while in town, we were impressed with the reviews and wanted to give it a shot. My husband however felt I'll and couldn't make our dinner with family, so I attended with my two small children. My first impressions was woah, there's everything all at once. It seemed unorganized and poorly set up. However, it was a holiday weekend and packed so that may be why. Our waitress seemed like a ditz. She didn't really know her job very well but she made up for it in being nice. However I don't understand how someone could not know how to make seperate checks? Menu had plenty choices, a little overpriced but it's worth it for the right Mexican food. I decided to try the Express Burrito (wasn't my first choice, my kids were going crazy so I couldn't look) I was surprised when it came out because it was made how it should be - huge. Great portion size. And extremely fast! Even faster then what I get back home on a slow day. The rice, wasn't my favorite but wasn't disgusting. I think overall, it was a good place to eat. Would like to try it on a non holiday weekend and with my husband and some drinks :)

The Chimichanga de Jaibe (spelling?) is unreal. The portions are huge and ordering a seafood dish you always wonder how much seafood you will actually get; this was awesome and packed with fresh seafood! They seated and served our 8 top on a busy Saturday night, all drinks came out immediately and our food was served quickly and all at the same time. Attentive service and a great experience!

Delicious! Very fast even with the large groups they had there. The food was great I had the Burro Acapulco and it was far too much to eat. Staff was friendly and our water glasses never went empty. The only reason it's not five stars was because the Long Island Ice Tea I ordered was mostly Coke.

Ho hum food... nice service and cute kitschy decor. I the best thing about this place is the gargantuan margaritas. When a stiff drink isnt enough, drink it by the bucketful. The homemade salsa is free and also pretty darn tasty most times.

I've gotta do it. I guess I'm the one to leave a negative review. This is the only Mexican restaurant in town, and I think they're taking advantage of this. Our waiter was not friendly and gave one of my party a little attitude when she requested no meat on two of her sopitos. My main issue was the price. $15.25 for chicken fajitas. I live in Western Washington and have never seen such high prices at a neighborhood Mexican spot. I figured at that price, the portions must be pretty big. When my fajitas came to the table my initial thought was, "This is $15?!" There were maybe ten chunks of chicken and some green peppers and onions on the hot plate. That's it. The quality was much lower than I'm used to, and at a few dollars more expensive. Not sure what purpose this review serves, as I'm sure they have plenty of regulars who don't mind the inflated price and low quality. As for myself, I'd venture else where the next time I'm in town.

My one time at LaPresa was unpleasant, but this was because of our server, not the food. My friends and I each ordered cocktails with top shelf liquor, and our waiter got confused and brought us non alcoholic juices. We figured he might not be fluent in English after he brought us the wrong thing twice, and asked us to repeat ourselves several times. We innocently asked for another server to come over and assist, and this angered our server. He finally brought our drinks, but made a show of it by meticulously measuring out our portions and pouring them in front of us. He then sloppily set them down, spilling vodka in our chips. He was unfriendly until about halfway through the meal, but by then we were over it. The food was pretty good though, hence the three stars.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
